Ferhat Döner is widely regarded as one of the world's most renowned döner restaurants, attracting visitors from across the globe and generating millions of views across social media.
For this project, I was given footage of Ferhat's bread production process.
Instead of creating a traditional food video, I wanted to highlight the energy and craftsmanship behind the production. The raw footage already contained a strong sense of movement, so I decided to lean into that by building a fast-paced edit driven by rhythm, sound design and quick visual transitions.
The goal was to transform a simple production process into a short-form piece that feels dynamic, engaging and native to modern social media platforms.

GUMPOLDSKIRCHEN food tour
This intro was designed to immediately establish the tone of the video and create excitement for the journey ahead through music-driven storytelling, food-focused visuals and fast-paced editing.
This one-hour YouTube production explores the food, wine and culture of Gumpoldskirchen, Austria. (published April 2026)
I was responsible for editing the entire video and was also involved in filming on location with a Sony FX3. The goal was to create an entertaining viewing experience that captured the atmosphere of the town while showcasing the local restaurants, wine culture and people behind it.
Music played a central role in shaping the viewer experience.
Rather than treating the soundtrack as background audio, I used it to support the changing atmosphere throughout the video. As the day progressed and the energy increased, the music evolved with it, helping create a stronger sense of immersion and emotional progression.
